This is the third painting of this phone in a close up view. I wanted to give the feeling of how heavy and chunky it is. I think I'm ready to tackle a cell phone now.

- In the beginning of this blog I set a goal of one small painting a day for one year. While I didn't reach my goal, I did complete 125 small daily paintings. I still enjoy the tiny format and do them when I can. This is my 30th year as a professional painter and yet with this new goal I feel like it's a new beginning. I am very excited. Each daily painting will be auctioned on eBay starting at $100. So, without further ramblings I launched the first of 365 little oils on October 22, 2007!

Hi Mary, Yes, the handset would make an excellent club. Nice contrast to the cell phones we use today! We've traded tennis elbow for brain tumors!
