ABC mini challenge "T" is for Tapitio & Tobasco. What's your favorite hot sauce? In our house Tapitio is the favorite but I still prefer Tobasco when I make Deviled Eggs...and I use a lot. I mash the egg yolks with mayo, white pepper, Tobasco..quite a bit of mayo so they are good and creamy.

Now for the letter "U".
