I painted this as a variation of the "Foursome" pears done earlier this winter. While the first one seemed to paint itself, I struggled with this one because my mind kept going back to the first version. Once I made myself focus on just what was before me I relaxed and here are the results. I like it alot.

I am finding that the square format is the ideal shape to design within. You can break more of the rules and get away with it.
